Framing My Personal Brand

Bebrainfit.com advises that, "Art increases brain connectivity and plasticity. Every time you engage in a new or complex activity, your brain creates new connections between brain cells. Your brain's ability to grow connections and change throughout your lifetime is called brain plasticity or neuroplasticity.

3. Concrete.

These exercises promote one to be in touch with their emotions, relaxation, happiness, trauma and unhappiness, and gratitude.   3. I enjoy looking at art and am okay at drawing. How would you try to get someone to try creating art who thinks they are not any good? It seems like as adults, most people have a belief they aren't any good just because they are not good at drawing.

  5. Hi Joslyn. Your infographic line art really drew me in and I enjoyed reading your points about art improving your thinking. I remember going to the Rehab of the Pacific medical building in Lilha and seeing a group of patients outside painting. I always wondered how therapeutic painting on canvas was to them.
